Cooking class

During this fun experience you will be able to learn the techniques of preparation of 2 different kind of sardinian pasta between: lorighittas, malloreddus, culurgiones, andarinos. Using simple ingredients and with the guide of an expert chef, in a relaxing atmosphere, you will learn the basics of sardinian cuisine. At the end of the experience, you can taste the pasta you have produced in combination with an excellent glass of wine.

The cost includes: all the ingredients necessary for the realization of the recipe, tools for the preparation of the pasta, apron and tea towel, teacher for the preparation of the pasta, food&wine guide for the whole experience, final tasting with a glass of wine.
