During this experience, guests will learn how to prepare different types of Sardinian pasta: “Fregula”, “Malloreddus”, “Maccarrones de busa” and famous "Culurgiones" with the typical “ear of wheat closure”. The experience will be structured in the following way: the first 30 minutes will be dedicated to the preparation of the dough; the rest of the time will be dedicated to the preparation of “malloreddus” with the help of the striped tablets to obtain the traditional shape and appearance; "fregula" and other pastas. The experience will take approximately 3 h – 3,5 h. At the end guests can take home the product obtained during the experience (experience without tasting) or can decide to taste 1 kind of pasta in the restaurant (experience with tasting). In this case, a glass of wine, water and bread will be included. The choice between experience with tasting or without must be communicated at the time of booking.
