Discover how a great craft beer is born through an immersive experience that will take you inside an authentic brewery, guiding you to discover its techniques, its secrets, and the people who every day turn a few simple ingredients into a product full of character.
Not a simple visit, but a guided journey into the world of craft beer. Walking among the production systems, you will discover how a signature beer is created through stories and curiosities that will accompany you through every stage of the process, up to the final tasting of four selected labels.
Even without directly witnessing production, you will understand how the equipment works, the role of the fermenters, and the techniques that define craft beer.
The tour also explores the role of the brewmaster and tells how research, creativity, and a bond with the land gave life to one of the most interesting innovations in Italian beer: the meeting of beer and grape must, from which a style was born that is now known and appreciated internationally as well.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of four craft beers. You will learn to recognize their colors, scents, and aromas, discovering the features of each label, the story that inspired it, and the best food pairings.
