How does the Gift Card work?

Choose the experience you want to give and complete the online purchase. The Gift Card will be personalized with the recipient’s name and, if you wish, with a personal message from you. The person receiving the gift can then contact Le Strade del Gusto to arrange the date of the experience, subject to availability.

How will I receive the Gift Card?

The Gift Card is sent in digital format via e-mail to the address provided during purchase. No paper Gift Card will be shipped.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. At checkout you can enter the recipient’s first and last name and, if you like, add a short personal message to be included in the Gift Card.

How long is the Gift Card valid for?

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The experience must take place within the validity period and booking is subject to the availability for each individual activity.

How do I book the experience?

You don’t need to choose the date at the time of purchase. The Gift Card recipient can later contact Le Strade del Gusto to arrange the date and time. The booking must be requested with at least 3 days’ notice and is always subject to the availability of the experience and any partners involved.

Is the Gift Card issued to a named person?

Yes. The Gift Card is personalized and can only be used by the person or people indicated at the time of purchase. It cannot be transferred to third parties.

Can the Gift Card be refunded?

No. Gift Cards purchased on the website are non-refundable. Before purchasing, we therefore recommend that you carefully check the features, terms and any limitations shown on the page for each individual experience.

What happens in case of allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements?

Please let us know when you book. We will do our best to adapt the tasting or experience to the needs reported, in line with the nature of the activity and the capabilities of the venues involved.
