Every week, I welcome travellers from around the world and guide them on a journey through Sardinia's wines, extra virgin olive oil, artisan cheeses, craft beer, historic markets and traditional cuisine.
At the end of almost every food and wine experience with Le Strade del Gusto, I am asked the same question:
"Where should we eat in Cagliari?"
Over the years, I have put together a selection of restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops, delicatessens and pastry shops that I enjoy recommending to visitors who want to discover the city through its food.
This Food Guide is not a ranking and it is not based on online reviews. It is simply a personal selection of places I know well and recommend for their quality, hospitality and authentic Sardinian character.
Enjoy exploring... and enjoy your meal!
