Guided tour of a dairy
We will visit one of the most important dairies in the Cagliari area, recognized for the quality and variety of its products, which have allowed it to receive several awards and recognitions at national and international competitions. I will tell you the story of the dairy's founder and his innovative ideas. We will see all the production stages of some of the most famous cheeses and understand how delicious products are obtained from milk. We will visit all the large production rooms, including the warehouse, where thousands of wheels of cheese are stored. To take the tour, you will be provided with appropriate protective equipment to ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations (gown, shoe covers, cap, and mask). Once the tour is over, we can relax in the large and airy tasting room where we can sample different types of cheese paired with an excellent glass of wine (you can choose between white or red). The experience will end with the cheese workshop, where you will prepare a fresh cheese with your own hands under the guidance of an expert cheesemaker, which you can take home.

Booking: at least 2 days before the experience. Languages spoken: Italian, English, French. Cost per person: 100 euros The cost includes: access and guided tour of the dairy; kit consisting of cap, gown, and shoe covers for the visit; tasting of some cheeses accompanied by a glass of wine; cheese workshop; accompaniment by the food and wine guide for the entire duration of the experience. The cost of transportation to reach the dairy is not included.

During the experience, it is recommended to wear sports shoes, preferably with non-slip soles.
All phases of the experience will take place in large rooms, with adequate ventilation, wearing the devices required to comply with hygiene and health regulations.
