Guided tasting with Sommelier
We will have a gourmet aperitif with a guided tasting and food & wine pairing in a nice and trendy venue located in the heart of the city of Cagliari, near the shopping streets.
We will taste together 3 glasses of wines made from the most representative grape varieties of our territory (e.g. Cannonau from the classic area, Vermentino di Gallura, Carignano del Sulcis), accompanied by a selection of cheeses (such as the famous Sardinian pecorino) and cured meats (such as the typical mustela), and excellent bread. During the aperitif I will tell you the fascinating stories of the wines and the people who produce them, our food and wine traditions, and then guide you through the experience of the guided tasting. I will describe to you the main characteristics of the wines tasted, help you recognize their aromas and scents, and give you advice on food/wine pairing. This is a real lesson on the rules of food & wine pairing.
Tip: this experience can become an original gift idea to offer to friends who are passionate about the world of wine.
This experience is also suitable for absolute BEGINNERS.

The cost includes: guided tasting of 3 types of wine accompanied by excellent local products, assistance from a sommelier for the entire duration of the experience.
