Cooking lessons with tasting
Immerse yourself in the heart of Sardinian culinary tradition with a private fresh pasta workshop in Cagliari, an authentic experience designed for those who love cooking and want to learn about the region's history through its typical foods. You will be welcomed into a home restaurant in the city center and discover the secrets of homemade pasta, from the simple basic ingredients to the techniques that make Sardinian dishes unique.
The experience begins with preparing the basic dough and continues with making two types of pasta typical of Sardinian tradition: CULURGIONES, pasta stuffed with potatoes and cheese, with the famous ear-of-wheat-shaped closure, and MALLOREDDUS, semolina gnocchi originally from Campidano.
After shaping the pasta, you can taste your creations accompanied by local cheese, traditional bread, and a glass of Sardinian wine. The experience will end with a typical dessert served with coffee.
Our activity is a sensory and cultural journey into the traditions of Sardinia, ideal for those who want a hands-on and engaging experience discovering local gastronomy.

The cost includes: lesson on the preparation and making of 2 different typical pasta shapes, all necessary ingredients, tools for pasta making, apron and tea towel (to be returned at the end of the lesson), guidance from an expert cook, assistance from the food and wine guide for the entire duration of the experience, final tasting of the pasta produced.
