Wow! What a wonderful experience. Excellent wines and cured meats, but so much more! I expected a bit of Sardinian wine, cheese, and cured meats, but I came away knowing the wines and having a better understanding of pairing. Cristina is an expert sommelier and made this experience very engaging, informative, and fun.
