Calendario Cooking Classes 2023/2024

Next autumn our cooking classes dedicated to fresh pasta and other typical dishes of the Sardinian food and wine tradition will return. We have also planned some new features such as PANADAS and PARDULAS.

Below are all the scheduled dates:

The total duration of the experience will be about 2.00 h. From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

At the end of the experience, you can take home the product made during the lesson (we will provide special containers).

The lessons will be taught by Chiara Cogotti aka cook and dough maker with proven experience.

The cost includes all the ingredients and tools necessary for making the pasta. You won't need to bring anything.

We will use only local and high-quality ingredients (SENATORE CAPELLI DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, FRESH SHEEP'S MILK CHEESE, SAFFRON FROM SAN GAVINO, FRESH HERBS, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, LOCAL MEATS AND VEGETABLES)

*COST PER PERSON: 70 euros

*CHILD COST (accompanied by an adult participant): 35 euros
