The first 30 minutes of the activity will be dedicated to preparing the basic dough, made with only 3 ingredients (durum wheat semolina, water, and salt), while in the following hours, with the guidance of an expert cook, you will make the 2 different chosen pasta shapes. The total duration of the experience will be about 2.5 h.
