Guided tasting with Sommelier

We will have a gourmet aperitif with a guided tasting and food & wine pairing in a nice and trendy venue located in the heart of the city of Cagliari, close to the shopping streets.
Together we will taste 3 glasses of wines made from the most representative grape varieties of our territory (e.g. Cannonau from the classic area, Vermentino di Gallura, Carignano del Sulcis), accompanied by a selection of cheeses (such as the famous Sardinian pecorino) and cured meats (such as the typical mustela), and excellent bread. During the aperitif I will tell you the fascinating stories of the wines and the people who produce them, our food and wine traditions, and then guide you through the tasting experience. I will describe the main characteristics of the wines tasted, help you recognize their aromas and scents, and give you advice on food/wine pairing. This is a real lesson on the rules of food & wine pairing.
Duration of the experience: 1.5 h
Location of the experience: Ristorante Salsamenteria, via Sonnino 154, Cagliari
Minimum number of participants per experience: 2 people.
Maximum number of participants per experience: 8 people.
Time of the experience: at 12:30 pm or at 6:30 pm
Days when the experience is available: from Monday to Thursday
Reservation: at least 3 days before the experience.

Cost per person: 65 euros
The cost includes: guided tasting of 3 types of wine accompanied by excellent typical products, assistance of a sommelier for the entire duration of the experience.
