With this experience and under the guidance of a professional Sommelier, you will learn the basic rules of food-wine pairing and some little secrets that will help you make the right choice of wine for your dinners and aperitifs with family and friends. Supported by the Sommelier, you will try your hand at the sensory analysis of the products contained in the TASTING BOX trying to find the perfect combinations, rediscovering the sense of taste and smell.
